I love Panera! If I running errands and have no time to stop at home for lunch or simply traveling in the different state I always look for Panera Bread. The food is always fresh and they have so many options for lunch and breakfast. And their frozen drinks are to die for! My favorite is Frozen Mocha - this one can easily give Starbucks a run for their money. When I'm eating in Panera I always leave happy and with a full stomach ;)

First time here. Brought my wife and kids here for breakfast after church. I had the steak and egg sandwich on everything bagel and my wife the Asiago bacon sandwich. Food was decent, but service and ambience were exceptional. We definitely enjoyed our experience and would come again.

I went to Panera Bread because I was in the mood for breakfast. I can't say enough about their Breakfast Soufflés. I've tried the Four Cheese Soufflé, Spinach and Artichoke Soufflé, and the Egg, Bacon, and Spinach Soufflé. My favorite Breakfast Soufflé is the Egg, Bacon, and Spinach Soufflé. I like to go early in the morning when Panera Bread first opens so that I can get a soufflé that is coming right out of the oven. The blend of spinach, bacon, cheese, and pastry bread is unbelievably DELICIOUS! The wait wasn't long at all...which is always a plus. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

Overheard manager being told they didn't have enough baguettes while waiting for my order to be filled. Then when I check my bag the manager had prepared I'm short one baguette. I checked my receipt yup I paid for 3 meals and 3 baguettes but he must of made an executive decision to save him baguettes and short me the paying customer. Bad form panera. Bad form. Portion sizes have gone down while wait times and prices have increased. Used to be a favorite stop now we rarely go here.

Wow I was just at this location. Adam placed my order wrong because he was distracted with multitasking. I was missing the salad and I got peppers. I called the store and jelly the GM offered to deliver the right order to my kid. What great service. Thank you You have made my day!

This place needs new management asap or new employees... First time I tried this place for the first time was about 8 months ago they messed up my order and I promised myself not to come here ever again.... I got the cheese tortellini with chicken & they forgot to put in the chicken.... Anyway I tried it again today -.- bad idea. YET AGAIN THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER, not surprised... I asked for broccoli & cream soup and they gave me chicken noodle like really??? How can you mess that up.. I'm done trying.

This is one of the closest locations to my house. During the time I visited I had no issues with my order. I have a rewards card so the bagel and wild berry smoothie I ordered only cost $3.97. Although they are short staffed, they still manage to provide awesome service.

Sometimes you get good stuff sometimes you struggle to enjoy your meal. Salads in the day, especially around lunch time are laden with gross rotten old lettuce that you spend most of the time picking out..but the part I enjoy the most is inspecting their cutlery because it's always gross. So they not wash their dishes? Makes me wonder about the plates. Lines tend to get a little long and unlike some of the other paneras you still have to line up like sheep at the counter waiting for your name to be called. For healthy place I wish they had some vegan options but food is on par with any other panera.

They have horrible service. I've been to this place multiple times and every time I go it's not fun. And half the time the food tastes like it's been out for 30 mins. Don't go to this panera. Every other one I've been to I've never had these problems. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Come before the lunch rush and you won't have any issues. Food is always made properly and comes out in a timely manner. I always order salad. Comes with bread and extra dressing if you ask. I come here every Wednesday at 1130am. Tables are clean and restaurant is not super packed. When I leave around 1215 the line is out the door. So like I said. Come before the rush, and you won't have any problems.

It's pretty good as long as you eat inside. The baristas are very bad though, unless the manager makes your coffee they have no clue what they are doing. I ordered coffee to go 3 times and all 3 times they screwed up my order. My advice is taste your coffee before you drive off and realize your drink is barely warm or totally not what you ordered.

This Panera bread at Pembroke Pines is very disappointing. The service is at its worst. I would strongly not recommend coming to this Panera bread because they are also very greedy; every other Panera they give u free samples of bread and here they want an additional cost. Also the service is very slow especially at the drink and cash register. But as ever Panera bread restaurant the food was served deliciously and warm.

I love Panera Bread, they have so many options of soups, salads, sandwiches, paninis, pastries and drinks. I like to get the choose 2 pairings because the portions won't leave you hungry or put you to sleep after lunch. I always get the cup of tomato soup with half of a Napa almond chicken sandwich and an apple. Also, try the Rapid Pick-up option online if you want to avoid the long lunch lines.

This location is awesome. I order rapid pickup often for myself and my coworkers. Every time I come to pick up my order is ready and accurate. They're doing g a great job!!

Great food and great atmosphere every time I'm here...I feel like it's a great place to hang with friends or take some time to study for school or whatever...it's just calm and the staff is always fantastic and super friendly...plus the bread bowls are the best thing ever!

Favorite Lunch Time spot. Favorites: Thai Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad Sandwich on Honey wheat bread, Chicken and rice soup, Greek Salad, Broccoli and Cheese soup, are the few of my regular items. Coffees and Desserts are awesome.

Everything at Panera is delicious. I usually get the turkey artichoke panini. The coffee is not the best, but there are unlimited refills which is pretty good. The soups are also very delicious. I highly recommend coming here! The parking is adequate as well.

we have been at several of their locations, but i always walk away with the same thought... just do not know why i keep going back. food is not bad - i just find the menu someone confusing (know that sounds silly but i some how do) whenever we are in the mood for a sandwich and soup we tend to drive to this resturant. today we had the 1/2 soup 1/2 sandwich combo. went with the creamy tomato and 1/2 Italian (which is served cold unless you ask for it pressed but i do not recommend this cause they even press it with the lettuce and tomato which warm lettuce is not very tasty) - hubby had same but with a smoked turkey - this is served hot but to crunchy enough for me. bread was a little soggy actually..... it was kinda expensive for portion size - $18.00 - and i felt bad with hubby cause his 1/2 sandwich was unusually small.. thin..... so after taking a few bits of mine, he had the rest. it was ok... just got that feeling upon leaving, wondering why we came here again....

I love this place, employees are kind and nice, managers are great. But of course, the food is the best! I'm addicted to Frozen Mango! And I love the broccoli cheddar, the tomato & mozzarella sandwich, the chicken lemon orzo soup. The breakfast are delicious too! I can't say anything bad about this place!

Not much of a vegetarian meal menu. Veggie sandwich was refreshing.

Wow! It's amazing how relaxing it is to sit at this Panera Bread when there isn't a horde of people around to much it all up. Hooray for early mornings, minimal traffic, fresh baked bagels and a tasty cup o' Joe.... plus, the service was friendly and quick. :)

Great food! Lots of choices but not too much variety. Music is kept at a just audible volume as to where your not yelling at the person 12 inches in front of you - very unlike Chipotle. And the privacy of most of the tables helps when you have your laptop. One dislike: most tables are for 2.

  • Rick H.

Food was good, the parking isn't great here though, and they didn't have the sourdough bread bowls for soup. Other than that, it was a nice casual meal. The chicken noodle soup was tasty, but the noodles were scares and small. My girlfriend had the vegetable pesto soup and she liked it, too. I'll come back to check out the rest of the menu.

I cannot give enough kudos to this Panera location. I wanted to send some food over to a family friend's house as they were preparing for the funeral of a loved one. I called Panera, at 1am Eastern time, just expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, a very nice, helpful and understanding employee answered. Her name was Mandra, and she was there baking bread over the night shift. She helped me decide what to send, and said she would have the catering manager call me right when she arrived in the morning. At about 4am Eastern Time, Tiffany called me back, as promised, and confirmed what Mandra and I had discussed. The food was delivered by 10am Eastern Time to our friend's home. AMAZING customer service and very understanding and sympathetic to the situation. THANK YOU PANERA!

This was my first visit, after hearing so many rave reviews from friends. I ordered the chicken salad with apples and French Onion Soup. It was a hearty meal. Was I "moved" by this experience? Not really. This was primarily because I was focusing on a limited diet of fruit and vegetables at the time. I struggled for a while trying to find something in those categories that was not full of empty calories. I was a little disappointed that the apples in my salad were really sweetened apple chips. But if you don't have restrictions on what you want to eat, I think this restaurant is a better option than the burger joint breakfasts.

I still love you Panera, your breads are fresh and tasty. I love the Medi sandwich. Clean atmosphere, nice staff with great soups. But I'll keep trying crispers for now. Something about their soups. :))))

Small portions for the price but it is usually enough. Sandwiches are always good. Salads are good. I only give this4 stars because there is no half star. Some of the other sandwich places in this area are good also and bigger portions. But people don't just hang out like here. People running businesses. Studying. Using the internet. It's sometimes hard to find a parking or a table. The staff is really good. At least on this day they were. This place is really not bad. I like it once in a blue moon.

I will update my review this time. I wanted to have a nice and light lunch so I wont fall asleep on top of my laptop while i study so I decided to come to Panera. As I knew it was going to happen, bad hours are from 12 to 130 pm, place is packed, line to order is long, and in my case i have to cross my fingers to find an available spot to plug my pc, but today was a good day, line was long but moved really fast, i got my order rather quickly and i found a nice spot at the back of the place to study with my laptop. I ordered the cobb salad with avocado, size is really good for a person that likes big lunch vs big dinner like me, chicken and avocado are really delish, next time i will order dressing on the side, i didn't really like it but what bothered me a bit was the fact that the tomatoes were frozen and tasted a bit old... Other than that I enjoy coming here as a regularr, study, sip my acai tea, and just do my thing, people are respectful here, no one is really noisy today so I LOVE THAT! Depends on what you are looking for, breakfast , lunch, coffee, tea, pastry I think panera offers a lot in that sense and I will keep on coming

Generally everything I have had here has been ok/good. Never THE BEST but its a decent place to get breakfast, lunch or even dinner now that they added pastas. I do like the breakfast souffles and the variety of bagels. Coffee is pretty good too. Some of the stuff on the menu is just plain overpriced... Like the new shrimp roll. It was $10.99 for goodness sake. The shrimp was fresh and cooked properly but terribly underseasoned. Huge disappointment. The last two times I have gone the girl who took my order didn't ask what side I wanted... I guess the default is baguette. They should still ask. I would always rather have chips.

I love this location! There's a sweet attendant who helps us every time we go and the food is always great! My favorite thing on the menu is the choose two turkey chili and spinach salad!

  • Thuy N.

I didn't understand why it took them so long to take customers orders. It took quite some time for the girl at the register to take everyone's order. Overall the place is clean but taking customers order took a while. Needs to be quicker! Especially when you have all these employees working!

I come here a lot because it is nearby, and i used to like it, but recently this place is going downhill. The service is so lame that today i had to wait for 10 minutes for a latte when the place was empty... and the cup came half full. They constantly give burned out bagels too. Last week we ordered 6 bagels to go only to reach home and realize that 4 of them were totally burned. I hope they clean their equipment and train their employees. I love Panera, but there is a new Cafe just three doors down and they have much better service.

Service is slow Food is same quality but more expensive than gville - bizarre. Atmosphere- it's super packed.. No tables and they aren't cleaning tables fast enough Price- a bit cheaper than gville. But by 20 cents for certain items. Overall - the poor slow quality service earned them a 3 star

Fresh, inexpensive! Two of my favorite things about a restaurant,. Good alternative to fast food. I always get the pick two because it gives you the best of both worlds. I love to get the tomato soap and the bar b q chicken salad! It is beyond amazing, every time they ask me if I want desert I always go for the chocolate chip cookie! Delicious!!! I love the fast service. You order, take a buzzer sit and BOOM buzzer sounds! This place is overall a good place to grab a quick healthy bite! Only if you stay away from the sweets! ha!

Usually I love Panera but every time I come here they are either put of the Broccoli Cheddar soup or out of the bread bowl which I prefer to eat it out of. Very saddening.

Giving an updated review since I almost didn't go here because of the reviews. I went on a Friday late afternoon (I'm there right now in fact, lol). It's not that crowded. I got a seat perfectly fine, and I'm surrounded by a mix of empty and filled tables. The person working at the counter was friendly, I asked a lot of questions about menu items and she even went and asked someone else to be sure. Only a few gramps and grams around (not sure why people pointed that out?). Hope that's useful to someone else!

  • Josie W.

The place is clean, the food is tasty and the staff are usually friendly. My only complaint is that there seems to be a lot of turnover here and the new staff are not trained properly so sometimes the cashier doesn't even know if something is on the menu and sometimes I have to make sure my order has everything it is supposed to come with since the preparers usually leave something out. There is always plenty of room to sit.

I love to study here. Sometimes there's questionable people asking about the internet but whatevs. This is a nice area and there's seating outdoors too.

I love Panera, but DANG...I took my grandparents here and it was pretty much the most terrible Panera of the era. I'm willing to give it an A-OK because my heart tells me that they CAN do better. Let's just hope that I visited on the one day that they were out of bread bowls, all soups, paninis, & small & medium drink cups. I refuse to believe that they ALWAYS pack up all of their breads & desserts 30 minutes before closing time. So, if you wanted to take something to go, they're unable to make any more food. I had to convince the cashier that she should give me a large drink for the price of a small, since they were out of small & medium cups. Oh, Panera, don't let it happen again.

I like this place because it's always clean, the service is fast and you get free wifi. I like the Sierra turkey sandwich because the turkey ham is really good and they use a Asiago cheese focaccia with Chipotle mayo which develop a perfect flavor profile. You need to try also the Brocoli cheddar soup which is perfect.

  • Evan L.

Of all the laptop-toting people at this Panera, no one's writing a review? OK , I'll bite. This Panera is just like the others - consistent food quality (fast food in disguise here folks), and a nice change of pace from the usual fast-food options. Some notes about this location: * Parking immediately outside the restaurant can be limited during peak times, but there's plenty of room further out. You just have to walk, oh, a few more feet. * Finding seating can be challenging amidst the laptop table-squatters and the working-lunch crowd. Send a sacrificial lamb to order from Chipotle and have them grab a table there. *The service has been spotty at times - the service vibe during lunch was "crabby sorority girl robot". As of late, smiles and personalities seem to be back in season. Overall - a good place to grab lunch and tingle some tastebuds.

I usually like this place. The staff are pretty good, it's clean, fresh food and it has a pretty good variety, but today's experience was superb. Manager Tricia went out of her way, literally, to make up for a mistake with my order. I am so impressed! Thank you! You'll definitely see me more often.
